Contest Terms and Conditions

The Competition (the "Contest") is a competition aimed at encouraging customers to get involved in the development of our company and learn the benefits that our products and services can offer. The Contest begins at the moment this web page is published and ends when a winner is chosen, unless specified otherwise. This Contest is sponsored by Mobywrap, Inc., a California Corporation (the "Sponsor").

Eligibility

If you are under the age of 16, you must obtain permission from your parent/guardian before entering. This Contest is void where prohibited by applicable law. No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently. Submissions Submissions must be made in accordance with the guidelines provided and by submitting your entry you represent that you have all unrestricted rights necessary to submit it, and that it does not defame or invade publicity rights or privacy of any person, or otherwise infringe upon any person's intellectual property rights. Judging

All eligible entries will be included in the Contest and the winner will be chosen at random. The judge's decision is final in every situation including any not covered above and no correspondence will be entered into. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified via email.
