Thank you for shopping with MOBY! While we hope you are satisfied with your purchase, we understand that sometimes there is a need to return or exchange products. All requests for refunds or exchanges of products purchased on mobywrap.com must be received within 30 days of purchase. The items must still be inside its original packaging, and in unused condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Your credit card will be refunded for the original purchase price, once the returned product is received by us. There are no refunds on shipping fees, sale, or discontinued items.
