Returns and Exchanges 

We are pleased to offer free and easy returns within 30 days of purchase on Mobywrap.com. 

The returned item must be in new, unused condition with the original tags attached and in the original, unopened packaging. Returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization number issued by Moby Wrap.

Upon receipt of your return request, please allow 2 business days for a reply with return instructions from our team.

We can only accept returns for products purchased directly from Mobywrap.com. Please visit your local retailer or retailer's website for returns and exchange information related to purchases not made on Mobywrap.com

Refunds 

Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days upon receipt and inspection of your returned item. You will be refunded in the original form of payment. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account. 

Free Gifts and Special Promotions 

If you are returning an item or an entire order purchased during a gift with purchase promotion, the free gift must also be returned. In the event that a free gift item is not returned your refund will be adjusted to deduct the retail value of the gift item. 

Items indicated as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns.
