We are happy to offer free 30-day returns on all products purchased through mobywrap.com. 

All requests must be received within 30 days of purchase. The items must still be inside its original packaging, and in unused condition. 

For sanitation and safety reasons, we are not able to accept products that have been opened or worn. 

Getting Your Return Started 

MOBY offers free return labels for a simple, easy return process.  

Get started by emailing our team at info@mobywrap.com. Please allow 2 business days for a reply with your authorization number and return instructions. 

We can only return or exchange items purchased directly from Mobywrap.com. Please visit your local retailer or retailer's website for returns & exchange information related to purchases not made on Mobywrap.com. 

 

Refunds 

Once we receive your return, all items will be inspected to ensure they are in new and unopened condition. Your refund will be processed within 10-14 business days of the inspection. 

You will be refunded to your original form of payment. Some banks and card issuers may require a few extra days to process and post the transaction to your account. 

 

Free Gifts and Special Promotions 

If you are returning an item or an entire order purchased during a gift with purchase promotion, the free gift must also be returned. In the event that a free gift item is not returned your refund will be adjusted to deduct the retail value of the gift item.  

Items indicated as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns.  

 

Quality Guaranteed  

MOBY wraps, carriers and other accessories are guaranteed against hardware and/or fabric defects for up to two years. If you are experiencing an issue with your MOBY product, please reach out to us using the contact information below:

Unfortunately, we are not able to cover items purchased through an unauthorized retailer, a secondhand-seller, or from a sample sale. You must be the original owner and provide proof of purchase. 

Items must be free of alterations. Normal wear, fabric fading, normal variations in fabric, and small threads that remain from the sewing process are not considered manufacturing flaws and are not covered under the warranty.
