Free Shipping 

All Mobywrap.com orders qualify for FREE standard shipping in the contiguous US. Expedited options from FedEx are also available with prices calculated at checkout based on carrier rates. 

MOBY products are sold worldwide. We do not ship internationally, but are happy to help you find your local MOBY retailer. Send us an email at info@mobywrap.com for assistance.  

Processing  & Transit Times  

MOBY orders are wrapped with love and shipped out Monday through Friday from our warehouse in Alabama. We do not ship packages on weekends and major holidays.  

Orders placed with standard shipping are sent out, on average, in 1 to 2 business days. Processing times may be longer during high volume periods, such as around a holiday or during a large sale event. 

Most expedited orders placed before 11am CST will go out the same business day. We will do our best to speed these orders to you as quickly as possible, cannot guarantee same-day shipping.  

We offer a variety of shipping options to help you get your package on time. Average processing and shipping times are below.  

  • Standard Shipping: 2 Days Order Processing + 5 – 10 Business Days Shipping 
  • FedEx 2Day®: 1 Day Order Processing + 2 Business Days Shipping 
  • FedEx Standard Overnight®: 1 Day Order Processing + 1 Business Day 

Sometimes, unforeseen events can cause unexpected shipping delays. This may include severe weather, natural disasters or carrier strikes. We will do everything we can to work with our mail carriers and provide assistance in tracking your package, if such an event occurs.  

Choose Shipping Protection at Checkout for Added Protection – Provided by Corso 

MOBY is proud to partner with Corso to offer Green Shipping Protection. By selecting Corso at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss, or theft.  

When you opt in for Shipping Protection at checkout and complete your purchase you will receive an email with details of your protection. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival please check your inbox for this email to begin a claim.

By not selecting Shipping Protection, we are not liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen items. 

Preorders and Backorders

Orders containing both a preorder and an in-stock item will ship once the preordered item is in stock.

Adjusting or Canceling Your Order 

Unfortunately, our team is unable to cancel or make adjustments to orders once they are placed. We apologize for the inconvenience.  

All orders that are not marked Final Sale are eligible Free Returns. Upon receipt of your order, please reach out to our team if you would like to return it for a refund. 

Address Changes

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered upon ordering. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
