Processing & Transit Times
MOBY orders are wrapped with love and shipped out Monday through Friday from our warehouse in Alabama. We do not ship packages on weekends and major holidays.
Orders placed with standard shipping are sent out, on average, in 1 to 2 business days. Processing times may be longer during high volume periods, such as around a holiday or during a large sale event.
Most expedited orders placed before 11am CST will go out the same business day. We will do our best to speed these orders to you as quickly as possible, cannot guarantee same-day shipping.
We offer a variety of shipping options to help you get your package on time. Average processing and shipping times are below.
- Standard Shipping: 2 Days Order Processing + 5 – 10 Business Days Shipping
- FedEx 2Day®: 1 Day Order Processing + 2 Business Days Shipping
- FedEx Standard Overnight®: 1 Day Order Processing + 1 Business Day
Sometimes, unforeseen events can cause unexpected shipping delays. This may include severe weather, natural disasters or carrier strikes. We will do everything we can to work with our mail carriers and provide assistance in tracking your package, if such an event occurs.
Package Protection with Route
MOBY is happy to offer our customers the option of adding Route protection to your order. Route insures your order against damage, loss, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes, is stolen, or damaged in transit, you can file a quick and easy claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed.
Preorders and Backorders Shipping Times
If your order contains both a Preorder or Backordered item and an in-stock item, you will receive your items in separate shipments. The in-stock items will ship immediately. The Preorder/Backorder items will ship once they become available. You will not be charged extra shipping for the additional shipment.
Adjusting or Canceling Your Order
Unfortunately, our team is unable to cancel or make adjustments to orders once they are placed. We apologize for the inconvenience.
All orders that are not marked Final Sale are eligible Free Returns (link). Upon receipt of your order, please reach out to our team if you would like to return it for a refund.
